Improve the "Open > Presentation" View/Window/Box
We have been using Proclaim for a few months now, and found it a little annoying that the existing Presentations listed in the "Open" box are ordered by last access time (or something like that) and not by presentation date. If I create the presentation at home, on my home PC (which is the best thing about Proclaim :)) - When I try find the presentation in the list on a PC that it was not created on, it doesn't show at the top of the list, or even near the top, as it has never been open on the pc before.
Two simple request:
1. Could we have the option to set the order of the presentations to be according to the Presentation Date, descending.
2. Could we have the list more compact, showing the presentation name and the date in a single line - so more can be seen? This is probably something that only some would prefer though.
Would be nice to not have to delete old presentations, for keeping historical record of songs sung etc... but currently it gets too cluttered, so I'm having to delete older presentations and keep only a few in the list.
Thanks.

In addition to what Charles described, the following order (top to bottom) would be useful in the File > Open... and File > Open Recent menus:
1) All presentations scheduled for ${today} (sorted by presentation start time)
2) All presentations scheduled for ${next Sunday} (sorted by presentation start time)
3) All other presentations (sorted by presentation date/time) -

I have thought about this a little more, and have considered the fact that if someone plans ahead and adds the presentations for the future services, the ordering won't be useful.
Perhaps we could just have a way to highlight or flag specific presentations so they stick to the top, until you un-flag them. That way all the presentations that are specific for this sunday, to be opened at church will be highlighted clearly... and during the week, the pastor or anyone looking for THIS sunday's presentation will be able to spot it easily.
