Add a content management mode
Managing uploaded content in Proclaim has, to this point, been an exercise in frustration. I love the cloud sync feature, and overall Proclaim seems to have a lot of promise, but when multiple people are contributing, I think it is key that a content management system offer far more flexibility than it currently does.
Here is what I would like to eventually see implemented:
A content management mode. Right now there is Edit, Preview, and "On Air" mode. I would like to see Manage My Content added as a fourth mode.
Content Management should act in a manner similar to iTunes or iPhoto - you have a central Library. Everything is in the Library. If you delete it from the Library, it is deleted from your group's account.
Albums - Content Management should support albums. The Worship Director can create an album with their preferred worship slide backgrounds. The Pastor can create an album with their favorite sermon slide backgrounds. The Church Media Director can create an album with frequently used announcements.
Content Management should support batch editing of metadata. Content Management should support Smart Albums. For example: create an album called Love, where metadata contains "Love". This will allow content to be easily grouped by theme.
Overall, a system like this will make managing a group's content much easier.
The Media Browser greatly improved content management.

I have recently learned that when adding an item, instead if selecting SONG in the drop down window, use the "use again" section in the right side of the drop down window. Entering a song title will pull up all previous uses of the song that can be inserted with it's background. Helpful.

ME TOO! Come on now, y'all! Proclaim is such a POWERFUL tool, but with the lack of content management is nothing shot tot sheer frustration. I find it the most lacking feature in Proclaim.

I vote for a Content Management system. There are many ways it can be designed. But Proclaim definitely needs this ability.
Biggest frustration for me, I used a background slide on a song and have spend an hour looking for the same background to use on a content slide... I haven't found it yet! file name is unknown, and entering its colors did not retrieve it, so the search function on images is not really NOT functional.

I gave this 3 Votes. This is a must! Our church has been using Proclaim since the beta and really do love it but there has got to be some kind of media manager. I'd even be fine if it were outside of Proclaim as a web based system that I could login to. This might also be a good time to address user roles with the organization to allow for read only users who can only go On-Air i.e. the head leader of children's church gets everything setup and then the other workers can just go On-Air and control the presentation.
