Elgato StreamDeck support
Add support for controlling the presentation with Elgato StreamDeck. Uses could include a button to advance the slide, go back a slide, buttons for quick screens, "on air" indicator, and a thumbnail preview of the current screen.

This can actually be done currently with HTTP calls and MIDI-Relay and/or Companion.
However, I would like to see http API controls for proclaim that would make streamdeck support easier. Even better would be native support.
