Add user-level access.
As a pastor, my staff and I create presentations, but I rely on volunteers to control much of the presentation. I'm concerned that a volunteer may accidentally delete or change a part of or an entire presentation.

6 years since the original post. This is an essential given how simple it would be for someone to accidentally delete or change content. Maybe even just something as simple as locking a presentation.
The Faithlife presentation teams already have user levels, why can’t that be tied into the app to lock out editing for members and enable it for moderators and up?

I am surprised to find that there is no way to limit access to volunteers that should not have the same access as an admin. This is a huge need for protection and security... I realize there is a way to recover deleted presentations however someone could do damage or alter a file before you discover there is a problem. There should be a way to have admin level control to lock files and prevent changes to templates and presentations and media without proper approval. Also the ability to control who has control of a presentation would be great.

Definitely a need--the ability to allow an admin-level account to "revert" changes that are made accidentally (or sometimes, intentionally) to a presentation.
