Is it possible to save more than one arrangement of songs so as to easily select which arrangement is needed rather than having to re-enter different arrangements each time and/or remember the default arrangement?

does anyone know the hot key for adding the pre-chorus?
i cannot figure it out. -

I am new to media shout so first I am wondering what hot keys are? And also, this issue is important to me, we don't always stick with the written order of the song, so I am going to need to understand how to adjust on the fly if the leader goes somewhere unexpected during the song? Controlling from my iPad seems nice but so far it isn't functioning like it needs to. If I can't see thumbnails of where I am at and jump to a different spot then we also may have to wait for this functionality. But I must say this whole set up so far is going to turn out far superior to media shout. It's much more user friendly as well.

I want to drag and drop slides along the bottom. Also, I have to divide verses or choruses often so the font size is big enough. The initial slide of Verse 1 has 1, but then the rest of them don't, so the hot keys are only good for the initial slides.

As a few have hinted at here, Mediashout does a very good job with this, creating separate nodes for each section of the song, making it extremely fast and easy to reorganize a song on the fly. Unfortunately, this is a deal-breaker for me and my team, inhibiting us from even trying Proclaim in a live situation.

Maybe this is doing things the hard way, but I copy and paste the chorus lyrics in after each verse (in the editor) so that we proceed through the song sequentially. It by-passes the cool verse/chorus hotkeys but works for my tyro-techie operators.

I agree with what Derrick said - I am continually changing the order of things, sometimes verse 1 is done twice, sometimes just once, sometimes the chorus is repeated 2 times, sometimes 4 (multiple slide chorus) - without an easy way to modify this, I can't switch from MediaShout.

after using proclaim a bit more... I do like the concept that you have chosen for this.. if we choose a template, the song displays nicely (especially with your addition of C, B, V, etc) makes it very simple.. the only problem is this adds $400 to the cost unless I just want a few basic templates. If I try to change the background and add my own stock background the format and color are wrong. Is there a way to create our own templates with some of our existing backgrounds?

@sjalex I like the hotkeys for verses and choruses. One problem that I found is that the only way that I can determine which slide is which, is the hotkey number or letter directly beneath the slide. However, I frequently use multiple choruses. When I made a chorus 2, it did not show up on the slide like it was supposed to, but no hotkey came up and there was no way to determine which was chorus 2 except for the fact that it was the only slide with no hotkey. I would like to see support for multiple choruses, bridges... not only verses.

@Derrick Proclaim allows you to save different versions of a song for future use. One workaround would be to save two uniquely named versions (e.g. Amazing Grace Version 1, Amazing Grace Version 2)
-
Proclaim currently supports verse labels (e.g. Chorus, Bridge, Verse N) and automatically assigns hotkeys for navigation. Try adding a label like Chorus as the first line of your chorus lyrics.

We are CONSTANTLY having to do this with MediaShout. There will even be some occasions where they will sing the same song two different ways within the same service. I'd say that we won't be able to consistently use Proclaim until this feature is implemented.
