Larger slides in PREVIEW and ON AIR mode
Larger slides in the horizontal bar of slides during PREVIEW and ON AIR mode would be helpful. I cannot see the words on the previous and future slides. So when worship leads to verses that were not rehearsed, the correct slide would be able to be found more easily. I realize mousing over a slide pops up a window showing the slide larger. But it would be faster to be able to view simultaneously more. Slides are just too small to see the words in these modes.
I grabbed the invisible break bar to pull up that horizontal scrolling slide bar, hoping it would stretch the size of those slides, but it just shrinks the "current slide" (which is fine because I see that just fine on the external monitors) and pulls up the editing functions.
Would be great if I could pull up the invisible break bar, shrinking the "current slide", AND enlarge the horizontal scrolling slides bar. No need for it to pull up the editing functions. If I wanted to edit, I'd click EDIT and it would give instant access to that function as it does currently.
What would be even better is to not even have the "current slide" taking up much real estate. Maybe take it out alltogether and make all slides larger, especially since you've already got a red shadow marking currently displayed slide in the horizontal scrolling slide bar.
Thanks.

Oh, I just noticed Jeremiah's comment, and quickly tried Again today, since it wasn't working yesterday for me, and discovered that it makes the slides bigger in Preview mode ONLY if it's not ON-AIR otherwise if it is on air it shows the edit tools instead of making the slides bigger. So I think there is still a bug there.
Thanks, Charles

I totally agree, we used proclaim properly for the first time this weekend, and quickly discovered that the person controlling it needed to know exactly which verse/chorus we were going into, so we ended up having one of the girls that sing in the music team to help out... I do realise that there is an idea/post about improving the way songs are displayed in proclaim, to make this easier, but I think the suggestion about making all the horizantal prevew slides a lot bigger would be great. And the idea of dragging up the "invisible break bar" above the slides to enlarge them is great, but better yet, have the option to make the preview slide at the top much smaller and maybe slot in on the right next to the "Logo" / "Blank" slide windows. and have the preview/current/next slides fill up the entire middle section... and if the church had a big screen this would be very useful.
We tried the Proclaim Remote on an iPad for the evening service, and although a bit slow, it work well in the fact that with the remote you can see the previous, current, and next slides as big as the iPad itself, making it very easy to look at the next few slides in detail. So would it not be an option to take that functionality and run the "Proclaim Remote" application on the same machine which would mean no network/internet lag and bigger preview slides!
The first idea to make the slides bigger is probably much simpler to implement though :)

ok nevermind. it wasn't doing this before, but now does. If it was the design team that changed it, thanks! Otherwise maybe there was a glitch before.
