Thanks for the suggestion! You can get pretty close to this today by creating your own templates. Create a template for each kind of service item (Song, Bible, etc), then save it as your default media. Then, any new items you create would use that template.

The problem with that suggestion is you can't prepare multiple service lists with different themes. We like to prepare our morning and evening services, as well as our youth program, all during the week, but each has a different style. The proposed feature would allow us much more flexibility in using different themes rather that relying on the default setting.
